How much does recruitment cost?
Our fee is typically 100% of the new hire's monthly base salary. The exact amount and payment terms are set out in the contract.
How long does recruitment take?
Usually 2–4 weeks to finalists.
Do you offer a placement guarantee?
Yes. Our contract sets out a guarantee period during which we'll find a replacement at no extra cost. The length of the guarantee depends on the seniority of the role and is agreed before we start.
