It depends on the task. After a short brief we send a project plan with a fixed price and timeline — it doesn’t change along the way.
How quickly do you fill a vacancy?
Specialist roles usually take 2–4 weeks; executives and rare experts take 4 to 8 weeks. We’ll give you an exact timeline after the brief.
Do you charge candidates?
No, never. Our services are paid only by the client company under contract. If anyone asks for money on behalf of SPECTRE, they are fraudsters.
Do you work with small companies?
Yes. We tailor the scope of work to your team size and budget — from a single vacancy to a comprehensive project.
Can coaching or consulting be done online?
Yes, sessions take place in person in Tashkent or online — whichever suits you.
